Signal Forge uses AI-assisted analysis together with human review. Final deliverables are reviewed before being issued to clients.
What that means in practice
We measure AI systems. Signal Forge measures responses from major AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and others as our methodology evolves. We put standardized questions to each one and record exactly how it responds. Those responses are the evidence. We do not paraphrase them into something more flattering.
We use AI to help analyze and draft. AI-assisted tools help us organize evidence and prepare documents. They do not decide what a briefing says. Every deliverable is reviewed by a person before it is issued.
We observe; we do not predict. A Signal Forge measurement describes what AI systems said at the time of measurement. It is a dated snapshot, not a forecast. AI systems change, and a later measurement that differs is information — not a contradiction.
Sara is AI, and says so. Our AI operations assistant, Sara, answers questions on our website and on our business line. She introduces herself as an AI assistant. She never presents herself as a human, and she answers only from Signal Forge's own materials. When a question falls outside what she knows, she hands it to a person rather than guessing.
Why we disclose this
Signal Forge sells measurement. A company that measures how AI describes other businesses should be plain about how it uses AI itself. Transparency here is not a caveat — it's the same standard we apply to our own work.
The system only says what it can defend.
